Chinese Herbal Medicine

Cupping
Cups create gentle suction on the skin as part of a Traditional Chinese Medicine visit, often used alongside acupuncture when appropriate.

Gua Sha (Scraping)
A smooth-edged tool is used to gently scrape lubricated skin in strokes, a traditional method that may leave temporary redness or marks.

Massage
